When we say "By Design" we mean "Designed By You, For You". The coordinator at AR, By Design sits with you, goes over your event to find out what you want and then leaves with ideas. The coordinator then creates a visual presentation for your next meeting which will be one you will never forget. You will notice that the coordinator took extensive notes and jotted down every little thing, even the ones you thought were tedious, and creates an event that not only surrounds you, but stars you. Our coordinator listens to what you want and helps to make your dreams come true. At AR, By Design, we are about you, the client, because without you, there would be no us. All budgets are welcomed and packages are created on an individual basis.

Wedding Coordination
Congratulations on your engagement! This must be an exciting and stressful time for you. Allow us at AR, By Design to set your mind at ease. We provide consultation and coordination of the entire wedding or just the day of the wedding for you. With all the details you will soon have to deal with, know that with AR, By Design there are no worries. We will provide consultation on vendors and venues that you may have never thought of. We want your wedding day to be as glamorous as you will be when you walk down the aisle. We do have preferred vendors but welcome you to bring your own or we will help you find someone that suits your needs. Don't let your budget stress you out or be the reason you don't call. We work with all budgets. Let AR, By Design help you to create your special day...A Day You Will Never Forget!
Each Bride that decides to go with AR, By Design will receive:
- A Consultant/Coordinator
- Bridal Book (Includes Checklist, Vendors, etc.) *
- Monthly Newsletters for Bridal Party*
- Folders for each member in the Bridal Party *
- Digital Imaging of the Event (Coming Soon)
- Scrapbook : "From Beginning to End - A Bride's Journey" *

Bridal Party's Folder will include:
- Information Sheet
- Duties
- Checklist
- Message or Poem from the Bride (and Groom if applicable)
- Inspirational Thoughts
- Stress Tips
- Countdown to Wedding Day
**Request can be made to have Mother and Mother-In-Law Folders made available for those parents who want to share in the moments with the Bride (and Groom if applicable)**
For the Groom in you:
Many Grooms feel left out of the actual wedding planning process...not so here. We welcome Grooms to participate. The choice is yours. If you want to be apart of the planning process, we have a package for you too. Grooms will receive:
- Grooms Book (Includes Checklist, Vendors, Travel Agents, Jewelry Store, etc.)
- Newsletters for Groomsmen Party (By Request Only)
- Folders for Groomsmen Party (By Request Only)
***Couples have the option if both are involved in the wedding planning to receive an extra Scrapbook: "From Beginning to End - Our Journey" for an extra fee.***
Family Reunion
Allow us at AR, By Design to help consult you or coordinate your family reunion. We want your reunion to be unique and memorable. We offer the following package:

- Banquet or Formal/Informal Gathering

- Newsletters including births, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, deaths along with reminders
